Description
Extension 118 is unable to transfer to 117. Customers computers are on a different wireless network and unable to connect to phones. Rey attempted to do a remote desktop session but was unable to connect to phones do to networks being disconnected. Need Tech on site for assistance. Results |
Tech was assigned, when tech went out he setup his laptop to do a remote session. Logged on to phones with remote session and reconfigured the config server on both phones. Customer phone issue was firmware. Affected were ext: 117 and 118.
