PHONE NOT TRANSFEREING CALLS

Description

Extension 118 is unable to transfer to 117. Customers computers are on a different wireless network Rey attempted to do a remote desktop session but was unable to connect to phones do to the network being disconnected.

RESULTS

6863i has no button for button mapping.

Tried to access phone through the net was not able. Have to connect to a computer and tried to access the phone,

There was no luck the computer and the phone are on a different network. Need to send tech out to check server configuration and complete the job.
