Extension 118 is unable to transfer to 117. Customers computers are on a different wireless network and unable to connect to phones. Rey attempted to do a remote desktop session but was unable to connect to phones do to networks being disconnected. Need Tech on site for assistance.
Tech was assigned, when tech went out he setup his laptop to do a remote session. Logged on to phones with remote session and reconfigured the config server on both phones. Customer phone issue was firmware. Affected were ext: 117 and 118.
